SIARGAO SURFSKATE LESSON

Feel the thrill of surfing, only this time on dry land. With a surfskate, you can do surfing on the street! Surfskates have a specially-designed front truck (the part connecting wheels and board) that allow riders to simulate the motion, feel, and flow of surfing. Surfskate trucks enable very tight, smooth turns and typical surfing maneuvers. They are also amazing to ride in skate parks and bowls! This activity can be learned by anyone even those who have never tried surfing before. The movements needed to ride (or pump) a surfskate are not difficult to pick up, the movement is intuitive and can be learned with little practice. Once a rider has learned the technique of pumping, they can build speed and maintain momentum without having to push the floor by foot. This is a unique feature which can’t be replicated on a traditional longboard or skateboard.
