▪  RATES

Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos, US Dollars, and Euro, per person basis (Unless stated otherwise)

▪  AVAILABILITY

Room accommodation is subject to availability. If your desired hotel is not available, we will recommend a similar hotel.

▪  AIRFARE

Unless clearly stated, airfare is not included in the arrangements but can be added as a supplement. We can arrange.

▪  EXTENDED STAY

We can arrange extended stay beyond 3 days with additional tours and activities. (Three days is not enough. We hear you!) Feel free to get in touch.

​

▪  HOTEL CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Standard check in time is 2 PM or 3 PM, standard check out time is 11 AM or 12 noon depending on the hotel.

​

▪  ROOM UPGRADE

Double, queen, and king beds can fit two regular-sized persons. Feel free to request for an extra bed or room upgrade if necessary. Additional charges will apply.

▪  CONNECTING ROOMS
Requests for connecting and adjacent rooms shall be highly prioritized but cannot be guaranteed since this is subject to room availability upon check in.

​

▪  SUPER PEAK DATES

We also arrange bookings for super peak dates such as Holy Week, Christmas, and New Year. Some hotels have different rates for super peak dates and local festivals. Some hotels may also require minimum two-three nights stay during these periods. Please check with us.

​

▪  MANDATORY DINNER

Some hotels have mandatory gala dinner on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Mandatory dinner must be paid for when booking for super peak dates.

​

▪  CHILD RATES

Infants 0-23 months old sharing bed with parents are free of charge. Children 2-6 years old sharing bed with parents 60% of adult rate. Full rate for those 7 years old and above.

▪  CONFIRMATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Upon confirmation of booking, we will require 50% down payment. We offer flexible installment payment options. Check with us if you wish to pay in installments.

▪  FULL PAYMENT

Please note we require full payment at least 30 days before arrival.

▪  CANCELLATION

Full cancellation charge shall be applied once the booking has been confirmed. NO REFUND shall be given for cancellations, no shows, inclement weather, and unforeseen circumstances.

 

▪  REBOOKING

Rooms and arrangements are rebookable and transferable but NOT refundable. Rebooking can be done up to 12 months after the original booking date, subject to room availability and rate difference (if any). Any unutilized portion of the package is non-refundable. We will be happy to assist with any rebooking concerns.

▪  VALIDITY OF GROUP QUOTATIONS

Due to fluctuating exchange rates and other factors such as inflation, group quotations are valid up to 30 days from the proposal's date.

​

▪  FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamities, flight or boat cancellations due to bad weather conditions as well as unforeseen events that will cause flight delays or cancellations. Our team, however, is committed to provide immediate assistance even in times of crises whether it is with rebooking services booked though us or otherwise.

▪  OTHERS

(i) We reserve the right to revise the itinerary in order for the tour to run smoothly.
(ii)  The comfort and safety of guests are always top priorities. However we will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accidents, and delays that may occur during the tour.

We arrange flights going to any major airport, accommodation only (for those who don't want tours and activities), airport transfers only, or day tours only (for those who booked their accommodations
already).
